Norma Lilia Ruiz Cruz is a recent graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dramaturgy. After her Tulsa Service Year fellowship, Norma moved to Norman to pursue a Master of Business Administration and Managing Information Technologies at the University of Oklahoma.
