Jyra Lowrance is a proud alumna of Hampton University and is from Rock Hill, SC. She serves as the Community Engagement fellow for Tulsa Birth Equity Initiative and is eager to advocate and incorporate diversity inclusion in maternal healthcare. She looks forward to making an impact in Tulsa and learning from the community, all while spreading agape love! When asked what she enjoys to do, she replied, "I am always in the mood for food, so pick a place - let’s eat!
Upon completion of her Tulsa Service Year fellowship, Jyra will continue to make her impact globally by joining the Peace Corp.
